could you clarify the membership fee and the discount fee, does it mean you pay two seperate fees?

    • admin says:

There will be one flat rate per month. At the All-Access level this gives you unlimited play at all facilities at no additional cost. At the Club, and Premier levels, you will get unlimited play at the home course of your choice (twilight only for club) and you will then be granted a discounted rate off of the daily fee at all other RMG facilities you choose to play. Hope this answers your question. We will be releasing all of the membership details in the upcoming week. If you’d like to get on the mailing list for more information please email us @ info@rmgclub.com

Your concept is very commendable. 2 questions for now.

    1) Is there a family rate? At $179 X2 = $358 for a couple/month, it doesn’t make sense for those who plays non twilight once a week on the weekends.

    2) Why not eliminate the Premier level and price the All access at $100/month for single, $179/month for a couple and $225 for a family and keep the Club level as is?

    Happy Holidays!

Thanks for the positive response, Happy Holidays to you and your family as well. Now to answer your question:

      1) Yes there is a family rate, at the All-Access Level it is $179 for the individual, $228 total for Married Couples, and $278 for your entire family. We are huge advocates of family playing golf together, which is why we’ve tried to make that as affordable as possible.

      2) The premier level is mostly aimed at single golfers, or just those that know they will only play golf at one course primarily and dont want any of the extra privileges associated with the All-Access. Just a more affordable way for an avid golfer to simply play his home course.

Hope this answers your questions, and we will see you and your family joining us at RMG Club. Please join our mailing list, as we will be sending out specific details of our membership here within the next few days. To do so contact us at info@rmgclub.com

This looks like a fantastic opportunity to play a lot of golf at quality course(s)……that is actually affordable! Count me in, I can’t wait!

  4. Tom Hale says:

What are the hours for twilight package going to be set at?

    • admin says:

Twilight hours will be seasonal, much as they are industry wide. Our goal would be to accommodate our twilight members as much as possible, so as Club Membership levels grow, so would allotted times from course to course.

  5. Molly Miller says:

    Congratulations Ryan,
Good luck on your new business. You always have done great things for this area and for the south sound golf community.

One has to applaud the group for coming up with the idea and trying to make golf affordable for all. These are truly 3 great shot mkaers courses that are in fabulous shape and a joy to play. One would be crazy not to take advantage of such an opportunity. The courses now may need bigger parking lots. Good luck to all and please repair you divots and pitch marks.

  7. kevin says:

We are looking into the family membership and was wondering is the membership based on 12 months or truly only a monthly fee? Would you be able to join only during the non winter months?

  8. Wmjohnson says:

Will there be any tournaments for members?

    • admin says:

Yes, we plan on having active and vibrant men’s and womens clubs at each of our locations, with many tournaments and events for players of all skill levels.

  9. Megan says:

I saw the article in the Tacoma News Tribune regarding the Oakbrook Golf and Country Club. Can you tell me if summer pool memberships will be offered?
    Thank you.

    • admin says:

RMG Course Management will not be managing the pool or tennis courts at Oakbrook.

    • Paul Swortz says:

Megan, I was pool manager last summer. The pool, tennis courts, and entire park are being purchased by a different private party who has told me he will lease the park to me or an organization I set up for 5 years. I am in the process of trying to find out the best type of organization to set up and run the programs, including the pool. The Pool Committee from the old Oakbrook Gofl & Country Club have committed to stay together and get something set up. If you email me at swortz1@comcast.net I can add you to the mailing list and keep you informed as we progress. We need to have at least 100 members to keep it going; last year we had 82.

  10. Lee Fenton says:

So what are the green fees for Oakbrook? Couldn’t find it on website.

  11. Craig W. Price says:

Looking forward to the upcoming golf season, this was a great business plan and it will benefit many people including myself. Thanks to Ryan Moore and family along with the other two awesome facilities!!!!

  12. MartinB says:

This looks like a great idea. I really hope you expand the number of courses. I live further up north, so would love it if you had a course in the Bellevue/Eastside area. I’d definitely be signing up then. Lakewood/Spanaway/Port Orchard are just a little too far for me for regular play.

  13. Scott Bridgman says:

    Ryan,
Great Job and best of luck I think you are going to have a huge membership. Any plans on a north course? I currently live in Snohomish and work in the Everett area. I’ve always enjoyed playing the Classic when I’m in the south sound.
    Thanks
    Scott

  14. Wayne Dorrenbacher says:

Congrats on the new venture. My friends and I from Gallery GC on Whidbey Island just played Oak Brook this past weekend with the WSGA Winter Series, and will be playing at McCormick Woods next month. This is a great way to play some really great courses in the state. RMG would be a great sponsor in the upcoming season. Just a thought. Thanks again for giving back to the game.
